Quiet voices. Loud surroundings. Words that automatic captions miss. Give your recording a careful second listen.
Send us your audio. We’ll manually restore and transcribe a short excerpt for free, so you can hear what’s possible before choosing a paid service.

A little clarity, before a commitment
Every recording has its limits. The free sample helps us both understand what careful restoration can—and cannot—recover.

We work on a short excerpt by hand, then return cleaned audio and a transcript with uncertain passages clearly marked.
Review a tailored quote for the remaining work. Request an invoice only if you want to continue. There is no automatic charge.
Careful work, word by word
We examine the spectrogram, reduce distracting noise, manage harsh frequencies, and adjust playback to make difficult speech easier to assess. Whispered speech receives the same deliberate attention.
Transcription follows the sound. We preserve your source, document the treatment, and leave gaps when the words cannot be supported.

Restoration is careful listening and skilled judgment. A useful result can include an honest limit.
No. Noise, distance, clipping, and overlapping voices can erase information. Your sample will show what is recoverable; we will mark uncertain or unintelligible passages.
We quote after reviewing the recording. Your quote will state the amount, currency, and scope before you request an invoice. Full processing begins after payment is confirmed manually.
Your account and the authorized service operator can access recordings you submit for review. They are not placed in a public gallery. Read our privacy and handling policy for details.
Only if you separately opt in. We are building structured records of human restoration decisions to evaluate future automation. Saying no does not prevent you from requesting the service.
HUMAN CRAFT. A MORE CAPABLE FUTURE.
Today, a person does the restoration. With permission, OpenEar can record the steps, settings, and before-and-after examples behind that work. Those examples will help us evaluate and develop automation over time.
